How Match and Trust Scores Are Graded
Match score (0-100) reflects how well a bidder aligns to the project package and required divisions, including scope overlap, capability fit, and applicable compliance bonuses. Trust score (0-100) reflects delivery confidence from profile history, certification posture, and consistency signals from submitted proposal details and supporting records.
